Ingenious Energy Solutions was founded because of passion for a cleaner environment. To help mitigate the issue of worsening air quality in India. One of the biggest reason was agro residue especially paddy stubble burning in farms. Farmers are already under a lot of financial pressure, we feel that penalizing them isn’t a long term solution. Also farms need to be cleared in time for next crop. This is where we come in and send our teams of biomass aggregators to farms with machines. They not only clean the their farms but also help them get financial awards for helping save the environment. This not only helps them for next crop but also helps them financially to fight the menace of paddy stubble burning.
We buy these agro residues and convert them into biomass pellets. These pellets are then used in boilers and power plants to replace coal. This saves the environment from pollution by not burning coal.
By using these agro residue based pellets industries are also contributing in saving the environment.

We collect various types of biomass by training and hand holding the local community.
Located in District Palwal, we are the first plant in area which uses paddy straw as raw material. We are one of the few Pellet manufacturers which have been selected by govt of India and awarded grant for utilizing paddy straw as raw material for pellets. With installed capacity of around 30,000 MT per year we are one of the biggest biomass pellet manufacturer in NCR region. We are also one of the only few manufacturers in India to use Dust Collector system to prevent fine dust particles from entering the environment.
We use state of the art Rotary cum Flash dryer which can handle very high moisture content upto 60%. We get an output of less than 15% from it.
Shredded and dried biomass is then pulverized using a hammer mill which reduces its size further to few mm
This is where the pulverized biomass is fed to make Biomass pellets. These pellets are then transported to factories/power plants where they are used as fuel to replace coal
Processes like hammer mill produce a lot of fine particles which are mostly thrown out with air by other manufacturers. This pollutes the environment of nearby area. To mitigate this pollution we have installed Dust Collector systems on each hammer mill. This traps all the fine particles and only fresh air is released in the environment
This aligns paddy straw left in the field after harvesting so that it can easily be baled
After lining up straw in fields, Baler is used to make compact bales of paddy straw. They are very easy to handle and occupy much lesser space.
